Steel Rebar Germany operates as Steel Rebar Germany — an English-language procurement and export platform for German and European-standard reinforcing steel. Based in Feldkirchen bei Graz, Germany, we specialise in sourcing and supplying B500B hot-rolled deformed bars, B500A coils, welded reinforcing mesh, mechanical rebar couplers, cut-and-bend products, and related accessories to buyers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.

Our focus is straightforward: provide international contractors, importers, pre-cast concrete producers and project buyers with a reliable, technically competent route to German-quality rebar — with the documentation, standards traceability and logistics support that major projects demand.

What We Supply

Our product range covers the full spectrum of reinforcing steel requirements typically encountered on commercial, civil and infrastructure projects:

• B500B deformed bars — 8–40 mm diameter, stock lengths 6–18 m (commonly 12 m), high ductility (k ≥ 1.08, Agt ≥ 5.0 %)
• B500A rebar coils — 6–16 mm, for automated stirrup and mesh-bending machines
• Reinforcing steel mesh — standard and bespoke panels (e.g. 6.0 × 2.3 m), Q- and R-type per DIN 488-4
• Mechanical rebar couplers — parallel-thread and taper-thread splices, ⌀12–40 mm, as an engineered alternative to lap splicing
• Cut-and-bend rebar — fabricated to BS 8666 and DIN 488 shape codes

Our Quality & Standards Approach

Every shipment is referenced to the applicable European and German standards framework:

• DIN 488 — the German national standard for reinforcing steel, covering grades B500A, B500B and B500C
• EN 10080 — European harmonised standard for weldable reinforcing steel
• EN 1992-1-1 / Eurocode 2 — the structural design standard that specifies rebar requirements for reinforced concrete across the EU
• EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) — material traceability documentation issued by the producing mill, confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties for each heat / lot
• CE marking / Declaration of Performance — available for products covered by the CPR
• Certificate of Origin — for customs, duty-preference and letter-of-credit purposes

How We Work

Enquiries reach us via our quote request form or contact page. We ask for the product specification (grade, diameter, length or shape code), quantity, destination port and required delivery window. From there we provide a detailed quotation covering material price, export packaging (seaworthy bundles, typically ~2 t), freight options and documentation scope. For export shipments we prepare a full documentation package — MTC, Certificate of Origin, packing list, and any project-specific certificates — to support customs clearance and letter-of-credit requirements.
