What Is a Bar Bending Schedule?
A Bar Bending Schedule is the master list that tells the fabricator every bar’s shape, size, length and count.
What a BBS contains
- Bar mark (unique reference).
- Bar size (diameter) and grade.
- Shape code (to BS 8666) with dimensions A, B, C…
- Cut length, number of bars, total length and weight.
