Reinforcing steel and prestressing steel are different materials for different jobs in concrete.

What is prestressing steel made of?
Cold-drawn high-carbon steel at 1770–1860 MPa, as 7-wire strand, wire or high-tensile bar.
Do prestressed members still need rebar?
Yes — for shear, bursting and secondary reinforcement. They are complementary.
Do you supply both?
