Form tie systems for concrete walls
Every metre of wall formwork lives or dies by its ties. We supply the standard European system — 15/17 mm cold-rolled Dywidag-thread tie rods (breaking load ≥190 kN) with 3-wing counter-plate nuts, plastic spacer tubes and cones — plus she-bolt and coil-tie assemblies for crane-set gang forms. All components interchange with the major formwork brands’ 15.0 system.
For water-retaining structures we stock water-barrier ties (welded centre plate) and disposable stay-in-place variants, so basements and tanks pass their tightness tests first time.
What we ship
Tie rod in stock lengths 0.5–6.0 m or cut/threaded to list; wing nuts, articulated flange nuts and counter plates; PVC tubes Ø22 and cones; water-stop ties; she-bolts with inner rods; coil ties and screw-in coil inserts. Everything bagged per assembly and labelled to your pour schedule.
Bulk & export terms
MOQ one carton per accessory / one bundle of rod. Container consolidation with our rebar, mesh and accessories — one shipment, one document set (EN 10204 3.1 on rods).

FAQ
Are your 15mm ties compatible with Doka/PERI/MEVA forms?
Yes — the 15.0 DW-thread system is a de-facto standard; rods and wing nuts interchange with the major brands’ 15 mm hardware.
How do water-barrier ties work?
A steel plate welded mid-rod interrupts the water path along the tie; combined with cones sealed by plugs, the wall stays watertight without external waterstops at tie positions.
Reusable or lost ties?
Standard rods are reusable many pours when cleaned and lightly oiled; water-barrier and stay-in-place ties are single-use by design.
