Buying rebar cut and bent to schedule or as straight stock changes your site labour, wastage and programme. Here is how to decide.
What each option means
Cut & bend is rebar processed to your schedule (shapes to BS 8666), delivered tagged and ready to fix. Straight stock is standard mill lengths (6/12 m) cut and bent on site.

Rule of thumb
Cut & bend for congested sites, complex geometry, tight programmes and costly labour. Straight stock for simple layouts, cheap labour, or an existing fabrication yard.
